  • [ ] Clarify actions: That actions are as clear as you can make them
  • [ ] Assign owners: Get a clear owner on as many actions as possible
    • [ ] Ask for help! We are all Polkadot and we stand together and help each other. If you don't know who should own an action (and resist the impulse of just assigning yourself) then post a reply on the Polkadot Forum Post for the Polkadot Summit output calling for help to find an owner of the action.
